FOBB is my newest bicycle touring blog. I have been publishing eBent a Recumbent Touring Blog since March of 2006. You can see brief reviews of some of my Tours at ebent.com my original web site. It was one of the very first Recumbent Bicycling sites. I have recently switched back to riding diamond frame bicycles and don’t feel that I can still blog about recumbent touring, that is why I have created FOBB.
The primary focus of FOBB is self contained bicycle touring for mature bicyclists. I’ve been self contained touring and seeking maturity since the 80’s.

I am happily avoiding maturity and haven’t yet managed to successfully ride a recumbent bicycle. Intend to do more touring on my bike though 🙂
Recumbents are fun … it is like being a kid again, everything looks new, and every ride is a new experience.
The good news is that learning to ride a recumbent is like learning to ride a bicycle 🙂
